Booking and payment terms

Booking and payment terms

Before confirmation, the hotel displays room type, dates, guest count, total price and tax, currency, payment method and rate plan. A room hold lasts 15 minutes and is not confirmed until payment succeeds or approved credit is applied.

Cancellation, amendment and refunds

Flexible rate: free cancellation until 48 hours before check-in; later cancellation may cost up to 100% of the reservation. Non-refundable rate: the full value may become due at confirmation. The precise rule appears before payment, and the system calculates fees and refunds from the selected rate plan.

When accommodation cannot be provided

Where the confirmed unit cannot be provided in circumstances covered by the hospitality rules, the hotel offers an equal-or-higher alternative without extra cost or returns the amount due. A classification downgrade is disclosed with the right to cancel all or the remaining stay and receive the corresponding refund.

Guest responsibilities

Provide accurate details and valid identity for every guest; observe occupancy, check-in/out, safety, smoking and property rules. Additional charges are disclosed before they become due whenever practicable.

Complaints and contact

Booking, privacy and complaint requests may be made using the contact details in the booking confirmation or through reception. A dedicated privacy channel and response period must be completed following legal approval.
